• Initial Visit: $275

• Comprehensive follow up visit: $192

• Regular & acute follow up visits: $148

• Medical Check-Ins: i.e. brief follow up standard labs review (not specialty labs such as DUTCH or GI tests) & Rx management with no changes in current treatment plan, no new symptoms or medications): 0-30 minutes, billed at $50/15 minutes, no more than 30 minutes total. *

• Well Child visits: $148

• Adult Preventative Care Visits/Annual Exams (existing patients): $148

• Home visits: Standard visit fee + $135
